Wonderful Hereford A&E staff cared for my mum

Mum’s been in three times over the last couple of months, twice with heart failure and more recently with a mini stroke. 

When we went to A&E, it was heaving, but the staff could not have been more helpful, kind and caring.

They doted on mum and went out of their way to make my sister and me cups of tea!

Thankfully, mum’s OK now, back home within five hours, which may not have been the case had she not had such an exceptional treatment. 

I cannot thank the NHS and the county hospital staff enough.
