THREE men wearing balaclavas attempted to break into a house in the early hours in Halesowen.
The frightening incident happened at a home in Bourne Avenue on Tuesday (January 21) at 2.30am.
It is believed the homeowner was alerted by their dog barking and chased off the offenders.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Police are investigating after it was reported three men attempted to break into a property on Bourne Avenue, Halesowen at 2.30am yesterday (21 January).
