THIS video captures the moment Sam Watkins, a 14-year-old boy who is restoring an ageing car, found out his story had been featured in the Hereford Times.
His dad, Tom, was on hand to record his son's delight when he opened the paper and saw his picture on Page 3.
The youngster, of Credenhill, near Hereford, has learning difficulties and other medical problems.

He has struggled at school, but has developed a great enthusiasm for motor mechanics after being given an old Volvo V70 estate car to restore.
Mr Watkins said: "It quickly became obvious that it would be beneficial for Sam to have his own tools and spare parts to help with his re-building of the car."
With that in mind a Justgiving page has been set up here to raise the £995 needed, and Sam's family are grateful for any donations received.
Mr Watkins said his son's excitement at appearing in the Hereford Times was apparent in the video.
"You can see his beaming smile, even though he is wearing his Covid face mask," he said.
