Masked gang break into beauty salon and steal straighteners and hair dryers
POLICE are appealing for help to trace a masked gang dressed like workmen who broke into a beauty salon.
Four men, wearing face coverings and some of whom were wearing high-vis waistcoats, broke into Arrow Hair and Beauty Supplies, on Lakeside Industrial Estate.
The men turned up in a white Ford Transit displaying false registration plates.
They cut through glass with power tools and once inside went straight for the hair straighteners and hair dryers.
Some of the hair dryers are the 'Elchim' brand.
The incident, only now put out by police, happened on October 10.
Anyone with any information is being urged to call police on 101 quoting crime number 22/89658/18.
