A DRIVER has been handed a £300 fine and six penalty points after being caught with no insurance on the Bank Holiday weekend.
A white BMW was stopped by officers in Houndsfield Lane, Wythall at 9pm on Saturday, May 23.
Officers from Alvechurch and Wythall Safer Neighbourhood Team then seized the vehicle.
The motorist was issued the fine, penalty points and will also have to pay £150 to recover the car.
