Red Lion A caused the major shock of the week in the Banks's Bewdley Darts League after coming from behind to beat third-placed Rising Sun B in a tense finish.

The Lions fought back from two legs down to take a 3-2 lead before Sun levelled to take the match into a seventh and final leg.

Lions' Tony Morris landed a double top to clinch the match after Arthur Granger wasted a 106 shot out.

Simon Thomas fired a 15-dart bull finish and Jes Smith hit a 14-dart 78 out shot as Waggon A whitewashed Wribbenhall Social Club A 7-0.

Bewdley Bowling Club moved to the top of the Foley Vehicle Rentals Shadow League for the first time after beating Black Boy 6-1 and seeing previous leaders Rising Sun B lose.
