DUDLEY'S young boxing sensation Sahil Khan has secured his fourth title in just a year.

The Hillcrest School pupil, 15, beat Dagenham's Tariq Agius last weekend to bag another National 50kg title to back up his success in the same tournament last year.

Those two eye-catching victories bookend his Junior ABA success in March and his GB Tri Nations win in May to make it a memorable 2018 for the Merridale Boxing Club fighter.

Khan, who is ranked number one for GB and England at his weight class, now wants to continue to represent England as he builds towards his next target of the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

His dad Ifraz Khan said: "It's a remarkable achievement to win four titles in the last 12 months.

"He's doing really well and now wants to keep showing what he can do for England and looking at world level.

"The overall goal is to be part of the team for the Commonwealth Games in 2022."
