How they rated: Harriers 2, Brackley 0

Hall: Made some important saves, especially in the first half, to earn a good clean sheet. 7.

Vaughan: Another solid display from the full-back who got stuck in in typical fashion. 7.

Austin: Another busy showing from the left-back who did his defensive duties well and dug deep in the closing stages. 7.

Penn: Played an important role sitting in front of the back four and made some good challenges to break up play. Gave Weeks licence to get on the ball and play. 7.

Horsfall: Good showing from the defender who chalked up a good clean sheet. Positioned well and made a few good blocks in the second half. 7.

Johnson: An improved game from the defender. He distributed the ball neatly when required and was solid in the air. 7.

Weeks: Afforded time and space in midfield to play the ball around. Looked comfortable on the ball, especially with the presence of Penn alongside him. 7.

Richards: A fine game from the pacey attacker. Always a threat on the half turn and worked hard throughout. Set up Chambers’ second with a fine reverse ball after he’d broke from deep. 7.5.

Chambers: Looked much fresher this week and worked hard leading the line. Capped a good game by netting twice. 8.

Bradley: Another who impressed in the attacking areas as he found space in space. Set up the first with a good cross from the right. 7.

Williams: Carried a threat all afternoon with the ball at his feet. Linked up well with Chambers and Richards and helped get his side on the front foot. 7.5.

Subs:

Baxendale: Replaced Richards as Harriers looked to see out the closing stages. 6.

Waring: Replaced Chambers and nearly made it three but couldn’t get his foot to the ball as his ran across the face of goal. 6.

Unused subs: Wagner, Phillips, Palmer.
