BEWDLEY muscleman Steve Knight let his physique do the talking when he finished second at the British Natural Body Building (BNBF) Finals in Edinburgh last week.
The 33-year-old, who trains at Unique Fitness in Kidderminster, was edged into second place by just a handful of points in the heavyweight section.
The personal trainer, who won the tournament in 2001, had to show off his sculpted body in the symmetry category and impressed the judges by performing a set of poses.
Knight won the routine section, where he had to perform a series of choreographed dance moves to music.
"It was very close between myself and the eventual winner and I was very pleased with the way I performed," said Knight.
Now Knight is turning his attention to breaking his own British powerlifting standard in December at the Record Breakers tournament.
He must be able to bench press more than 167 kilograms in the under-90s kilogram section to beat his best.
