FORMER chairman of the England and Wales Cricket Board and OBE winner David Morgan will be speaking to Herefordshire Cricket Society members on Thursday, November 21.
Morgan is a cricket administrator and former president of the International Cricket Council.
He was also former chairman of the Glamorgan County Cricket Club.
Morgan received an OBE for his services to cricket in 2008.
The talk will take place at Hereford Rowing Club with a 7pm start.
