WORCESTER Rugby Club’s Raptors under 12s have started the season in style.
The youngsters have put together some strong results already while working on developing a fluent style which has proven both effective and entertaining to watch.
Worcester scored several tries without reply at Old Hales in an hour-long encounter during their latest fixture.
Even in testing conditions the dominating force of the forwards coupled with the slick hands of the backs were hard to compete against and demonstrated the hard work put in during training over the past few months.
Coach Azmat Riaz said of the Old Hales match: “It was a great spectacle. The boys worked so hard and deserved praise for their efforts and capabilities.
“They played rugby I could only have dreamed of playing in my distant youth!"
Raptors face a tough test against Stourbridge next but go into the fixture confident and looking to continue their successful run.
