The men's 1st XI secured second place in the National League Midlands Conference when they beat their hosts Banbury 1st XI 3-0.

Simon Claris opened the scoring with a trademark drag flick low into the goal after thirteen minutes. Claris added his second after forty-four minutes again from a penalty corner.

This was followed by a brilliant solo goal from Mike Brazier after forty-eight minutes, which secured four wins out of five matches. 

The men's 6th XI came from behind to share the points when they drew 2-2 with their hosts Beacon 6th XI in the Midlands Men's Division 10 South West league.

Beacon third in the table at the start of the day, took an early lead, when a significant deflection sent Stourport's keeper Oliver* the wrong way. 

Stourport pressured the Beacon goal but their final ball wasn't quite good enough and against the run of play Beacon added a second from a penalty stroke. Stourport started the second half strongly and early on pulled a goal back from James* after some simple hockey with only three passes from defence to scoring.

The visitors continued to push for an equaliser, and after some brilliant build-up play from Stourport's man of the match, John Tidmarsh, David Bedford finished off clinically to make it 2-2, to ensure a share of the points in a match that some very good performances from the juniors in the side.     

The ladies' 1st XI had a long journey north to Ben Rhydding 1st XI only to find themselves on the end of a 0-3 defeat in the Vitality Women’s National League, Division One North. Fielding thirteen players including Amy Miller, and Oliver Laight who were making their national league debuts, Stourport began the first half well creating chances and were unlucky not to have scored, after three short corners narrowly missed the goal.

After conceding a single goal in the first half Stourport came out strongly in the second half and were unlucky to concede a further two goals from very strong shots by the home side. Stourport will now train hard and take it into their next match.

The ladies' 2nd XI in fourth place in the Midlands Division 1 entertained leaders Nottingham University but were unable to maintain their unbeaten run as the visitors won this encounter 0-2. The match began evenly, however as the half progressed Stourport found themselves increasingly under pressure from the University side, who peppered the Stourport goal with goal-scoring opportunities however some brilliant goalkeeping by Sophie Woods in the Stourport goal kept the teams on level terms at half time.

In the second half, Nottingham continued to push forward on the home goal, the pressure beginning to take its toll on the home defence resulting in the visitors scoring two goals in quick succession. Stourport continued to work hard in defence but was unable to create any meaningful chances or test the visitor's keeper.     

The ladies 3rd XI won 2-1 in their Midlands Division 3 South West against their hosts bottom-placed Bridgnorth 2nd XI.

Stourport were the stronger of the two teams having three-quarters of the possession in the first half but were unable to convert possession into goals. Stourport persevered, and with patience and some tremendous passing from Fran Moss, Katie Miller-Symonds converted to put the visitors ahead.

Bridgnorth didn't give up and in the second half pulled a goal back after they were awarded a penalty corner. The ball heading just under the crossbar saw Amelia*, in the Stourport goal, make a great save, but the ball still managed to slip over the line.

Stourport was still dominating the match and pushed forward for another goal, and sealed the well-deserved victory when Lora Miller-Symonds drew the keeper before slotting the ball into the goal.
