In the spin: Stourport’s James Harriers receives his award.
CRICKET: A gifted young bowler has received one of the highest accolades from Stourport.
Spinner James Harris, 16, was given the Jeff Pardoe Trophy after being named the club’s young player of the season.
Harris has played for the first and seconds teams in the Worcestershire Crusader League this summer.
He took four wickets for the first team and 14 the seconds, who finished runners-up in their division.
