HARRIERS have appointed Cheltenham Town's Gavin Crowe as the club's new physiotherapist.
Crowe, who worked at the Robins' Centre of Excellence, replaces Pete Dugmore, who departed to join up with the RAF following the end of last season.
Manager Mark Yates welcomed his replacement for the first day of pre-season training today.
He said: "Pete was offered a fantastic opportunity to go and work for the RAF - we weren't in a position to stand in his way, nor would we have done.
"Gavin's coming in as a fresh face with his own ideas; I know he'll do an excellent job for us, as Pete did and as Ian Foster did before him.
"He's knows the role and he knows what he's talking about - he's desperate to do well and he'll do everything possible to keep the players out of the treatment room."
