TWO Stourport brothers have been setting the pace on the country’s ski slopes.
Ashley Breese, 13, and brother Nathan, 10, have dominated their age groups in national competitions.
Stourport High School pupil Ashley won the under-15s age section at the All England and the Welsh Dry Ski Slope Championships.
His success saw Ashley, who is a regular member of British Children’s Ski team, earn a first call-up to the English Dry Ski Slope Squad.
The squad is made up of adults and juniors, with the Stourport ace the youngest boy to be selected.
Meanwhile, Nathan won the under-11s section at the English and Welsh Dry Ski Slope Championships.
The Hartlebury Primary School pupil and his older brother will be racing and training in Austria, France and Italy this winter and are hopeful that they will come back with podium positions.
Ashley will be also representing Great Britain in Andorra in January.
