IN response to feedback from townsfolk and traders, Ledbury Poetry Festival is launching a “Wrap the Town in Poetry” visual campaign.
The results will be there for all to see during the festival, which takes place from July 1 to July 10.
Phillippa Slinger, festival manager said: "People have told us they want more visual reminders that the Festival is taking place so we are responding with a big, colourful poetic splash. "The idea is that poetry artworks will be hung up, suspended, fitting and decorating as much of Ledbury as we can manage."
She added: "We already have many community groups creating artwork for the campaign, and invite more to take part."
