	The Kidderminster Shuttle was first published on February 12, 1870 and has a proud history spanning more than 140 years. It is the leading weekly newspaper for the Wyre Forest district which includes the towns of Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley.
	The newspaper, which has a weekly ABC verified distribution of 36,802, is a campaigning newspaper which prides itself on working closely with its community. It has run many successful fund-raising campaigns over the years including a £140,000 appeal to rebuild a young people’s activity centre in 2007. It’s most recent appeal in conjunction with the district’s League of Friends aimed to raise £150,000 to modernise and extend the Millbrook Suite - a cancer treatment unit at Kidderminster Hospital.
	But the magificent response of readers and residents saw the target reached inside 10 months and the appeal ended up raising more than £200,000.
