Lettings market stays strong

The rental market continues to grow and shows no signs of slowing down, according to local lettings agency Connells in Kidderminster. As part of its national network of branches, Connells is seeing six tenants chase every rental property on the market across the UK and helped 24% more tenants move last year*. The local agent is urging landlords to take advantage of current high demand and asking prospective tenants to get in touch to secure the best properties on the market to let.

Droitwich in demand!
