A MAN was taken to hospital after the car he was in ended up on its roof in a crash in Kingswinford.
Police, medics and firefighters were at the scene of the crash on Dudley Road yesterday evening (Tuesday May 7) at around 5.40pm.
A man from the overturned car was treated at the scene and was taken to Russells Hall Hospital.
A woman from the other car was discharged by paramedics.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of a two-car RTC on Dudley Road at 5.40pm, one ambulance attended.
"On arrival we discovered a car that had overturned and two patients.
"A man, from the overturned car, was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to Russell’s Hall Hospital.
"A woman, from the second car, was assessed and discharged at the scene."
Community campaigner Shaz Saleem shared a picture of the incident and said: "Avoid Dudley Road Kingswinford due to a terrible accident.
"I'm hoping all involved are well."
