A SPECIAL Wyre Forest District Council meeting will take place to recommend setting up another review into creating a Kidderminster Town Council.
The meeting will take place next Wednesday at 6pm at Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way.
A report to be put before all 42 councillors will recommend asking the public for the second time whether or not it supports the creation of a town council for Kidderminster.
The meeting will consider work done by a 10-member working party set up last year when a community governance review into parishing the town was abandoned after the majority of residents responding to the consultation said they were against the idea.
The Shuttle was told at the time the review cost Charter Trustees about £9,000.
