STOURBRIDGE musician Clint Mansell has gone from indie rocker to top Hollywood composer.

The Golden Globe and Grammy nominated artist, who first found fame with ground-breaking grebo group Pop Will Eat Itself, has a string of successful movie credits on his CV including The Wrestler and Black Swan.

Despite being based in America he regularly returns to his home town and during a recent visit Clint paid a visit to Base Studios to talk music with a group of young people and fellow former PWEI performer Richard March.

The Base Sessions is recorded and produced by Base Studios, Rufford Road, Stourbridge
