THE first Death Cafe is to be held in Kidderminster next week.
The Death Cafe comes to the Boar’s Head Gallery, in the Boar’s Head, Kidderminster on Monday November 3 from 8pm to 10pm and is a free event.
The events are held to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their lives.
Kate Spohrer, event organiser for Kidderminster, said: “Normally if you bring the subject of death up, it normally goes quite quiet, so Death Cafe gives people permission to talk openly about death.
“It is very life affirming.”
