A DEVASTATING rage virus has hit Kidderminster – but can you survive?

A live-action experience throws participants into a catastrophic scenario, 28 weeks after the Rage Virus ravaged Britain, sending political systems and law and order into chaos.

With millions already dead, extremists are now in the ascendency, and the military are clinging onto the little control they have left.

The Underground Picture House’s immersive Cinema experience ‘28 WEEKS & The Virus Returns’ heads to the town on October 30 – a perfect experience for Halloween lovers.

A cast of nearly 40 actors and one of the country’s top fight choreographers are preparing to take survivors through intense scenes on a 1km urban chase to a genuinely terrifying finale.

With the location start point now stated as Kidderminster Railway Station, participants can join forces in their local town or brave the chaos on their own to ensure their survival.

Producer Rob Smith said: "We started off with baby steps, wondering if there was interest.

"But our first promotional video has been viewed 8000 times, and our social media posts are reaching 50,000 people a week.

"There is though, limited tickets for the event, it is for three nights only as a one-off event, and we have no current plans to extend it.

"We are already planning something even bigger for our next event.

"We like to think the people who attend will have a - “I was there at the start” feeling about it."

The production boasts Mark Henley among the management team, bringing with him his four years’ experience of Scare Events with Evil Rising.
