BUDDING Bewdley artists will have the chance to learn more about a painting technique when an expert comes to town.
Bewdley Baptist Art Group will host a demonstration by Jayne Good on Wednesday, April 26 from 7-9.30pm at Bewdley Baptist Church in the High Street.
Jayne Good is a certified instructor in the Bob Ross wet-on-wet oil painting technique.
A spokesman for Bewdley Baptist Art Group said: “Bob Ross wanted to bring oil painting to everyone and the technique allows anyone to paint fantastic paintings.
“No drawing is needed - we just dob, dab and swirl and there's a bit of tapping and flicking, come and have a go you will be amazed and what you can achieve.”
Tickets cost £8, and include refreshments, and they can be bought by calling Margaret Key on 01299 403705 or the church office on 01299 403267.
