Game Of Thrones star Kit Harington has sparked further speculation he will be returning to the show, as he was photographed arriving in Belfast alongside his co-stars.
The 28-year-old actor, who plays Jon Snow, was pictured at Belfast Airport earlier this week.
Fans of the epic bloodthirsty drama couldn’t suppress their excitement after the images emerged.
Kit’s character in the small-screen adaptation of George RR Martin’s books was apparently killed off in the finale of the fifth series, but his arrival on the show’s Northern Irish set hints that his screen death may have been a foil.
Sporting his man-bun, the actor was seen on the same flight as German star Tom Wlaschiha, who portrays faceless assassin Jaqen H’ghar.
Rumours of his screen fate started circulating after Kit was seen at Wimbledon, still sporting Jon’s full head of hair and beard, and some of his castmates have even weighed in on the debate that he could not be dead.
The cast including Emilia Clarke, Maisie Williams, Nicolaj Coster-Waldau, Alfie Allen, Sophie Turner, John Bradley, Nathalie Emmanuel and Jacob Anderson have reunited for the read-through of the scripts for the sixth series, which begins shooting shortly.
“Well look who I ran into at a certain airport ready for a certain read through..?! @nathalieemmanuel #seasonsixiscoming #buckleupkids #dragongliding,” wrote Emilia.
The sixth season of Game Of Thrones returns in 2016.
