A host of stars have paid tribute to veteran actor Sir Christopher Lee who has died aged 93.
A spokeswoman for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea confirmed that a death certificate had been issued for the star, who died on Sunday (June 7) at a local hospital.
