Police say they’ve turned over their investigative file on Bobbi Kristina Brown to the district attorney, who will determine whether any charges will be filed.
Bobbi Kristina, 22, was found face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her home in the Atlanta suburb of Roswell on January 31.
Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard said in a statement to The Associated Press that his office will be “reviewing the case with greater interest” in light of new circumstances regarding her health.
Bobbi Kristina, the daughter of Whitney Houston, was recently moved into hospice care after months in the hospital. In a statement on Wednesday, her aunt Pat Houston said that her condition has worsened.
Howard said an announcement on charges, if any, would be made at “the appropriate time.”
