THE majority of readers who voted in our Shuttle Online Poll believe Wyre Forest District Council should change its election cycle to one full poll every four years.
At the moment a third of the 42-member authority stands for election every three years but having just one whole council election every four years would save money.
In our online poll, 49 per cent of those taking part believed the cash-strapped authority should switch to one election every four years while 39 per cent thought there should not be a change.
Twelve per cent of those voting said they did not care either way.
Just under 200 votes were cast.
