POLICE investigating a Kidderminster blaze which left one woman dead, have charged a man with manslaughter.
Mark Moat, 42, was arrested shortly after the incident in Horsefair, Kidderminster, on November 27, 2014, and was yesterday (Wednesday, February 25) charged with manslaughter and arson being reckless as to whether life of another would endangered.
He was also charged with arson and threatening to cause criminal damage in relation to two separate incidents. He will appear in court today (Thursday, February 26).
Sandra Nowocinska, aged 22, died in Queen Elizabeth Hospital four days after being rescued from the fire. A five-year-old boy was injured in the fire but has now recovered.
