POLICE are appealing for information after a hit and run in Kidderminster.
A male with a boot cast on his right foot was crossing the road when he was hit by a pick-up truck. The truck caught his already injured foot, causing him considerable pain. The vehicle did not stop.
It happened between 12pm and 12.30pm on Monday (June 22), in Green Street- near to the B & Q store.
Police are hoping to trace the driver of the vehicle.
The truck is described as white, with metal mesh where the window would normally be.
The driver is thought to be white, with tanned skin, between 40 and 50 years old, of medium build with long dark hair.
He was also believed to be wearing a white vest.
The last letters of the registration are thought to be FTW or FWT, and the first few digits are believed to contain the number three.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting incident number 223 of Monday 22nd July.
