A 33-YEAR-OLD Kidderminster man has been charged with manslaughter.
Michael Davis, of Queen Elizabeth Road, pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of Anthony Jordan when he appeared at Worcester Crown Court on October 6. The charge was added by the prosecution to an earlier one of inflicting grievous bodily harm, which Davis also denied.
Mr Jordan, aged 29, died on February 24 following an incident in Dixon Street, Kidderminster, on October 12 last year.
A trial expected to last six days has been scheduled to start on November 23.
Davis was granted bail.
