A MAN has been arrested on four charges after allegedly driving a van into a Kidderminster shop.
West Mercia Police were called to an incident just after 9.40pm on Thursday, April 7, following reports a white Transit van had reversed into The Antique Centre, in Lion Street.
A man in his 30s has been arrested and is now in custody.
A police spokesperson said: "Police were called shortly after 9.40pm last night to Lion Street, Kidderminster, to reports of a white Transit van reversing into a building.
"Officers located the van in question and arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of aggravated burglary, driving whilst unfit through drink, driving without a license and failure to stop at a road traffic collision.
"He is currently in police custody."
