BIG-hearted Wolverley bikers revved up to help raised hundreds of pounds for a charity that supports the forces and their families.
Motorcyclists who meet regularly through the season at The Lock in Wolverley collected a total of £730.45 for the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families (SSAFA).
The impressive total was collected by going round with buckets and having a charity tin in the pub – helping beat last year’s total by more than £200.
Organiser Dawn Buzzard said: “We are very proud of the total we have raised this year, especially knowing it will go to such a worthy cause.
“We are very much looking forward to doing the same again next year.”
