A FUN-filled fete is set to delight Kidderminster families and bring the whole community together for a summer celebration.
Kidderminster nursing home The Shrubbery will host the event on Saturday August 4 from midday to 5pm, which will feature magical unicorn ponies, a bouncy castle, and a host of games and activities.
Mayor of Kidderminster Martin Stooke will be paying the summer extravaganza a visit, which will also include a DJ, BBQ and saloon bar, and lots of tombola, craft and bric a brac stalls.
Event organiser Mel Spence who is Activities & Wellbeing Manager at The Shrubbery said: “Our summer fete is a wonderful opportunity to bring the community and home closer together and create some really positive energy and lasting memories.
"Our residents really enjoy a celebration, and as well as being enormous fun, we hope the fete will help people feel more comfortable in approaching us for a advice on planning for their loved one’s future care needs.”
