I feel a letter of support is called for regards Gill Atkin's letter.
I have a blood test once a year. Last month I left home at 9.45am, went to the hospital, picked up a number, the sample was taken and I was back home by 10.30am.
I don't think an appointment system will do any better. In the words of Ronald Reagan: "If it ain't broke don't fix it."
