WYRE Forest District Council has set up three locations in the area to allow residents to leave floral tributes.
Anyone wanting to lay floral tributes is asked to do at the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Gardens (under the Green Theatre), Bewdley, Kidderminster Town Hall or the front of the Civic Centre/ Stourport Library.
The council said flowers and other tributes will be removed the day after the state funeral for HM Queen Elizabeth II.
Books of condolence are available across the district for people to leave their messages and memories.
They can be found at St George’s Hall, Bewdley, Stourport Library and Kidderminster Town Hall.
Wyre Forest District Council will be flying the union flag at half-mast at all of its buildings until the morning after the funeral.
All non-essential council meetings and events are also being rearranged.
Councillor Peter Dyke, chairman of Wyre Forest District Council said: “I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, and I know that my sadness will be shared across the district.
"Our late Sovereign was our longest-reigning Monarch, she always led by example and gave a lifetime of service to the people of the country.
"Flags will be flown at half-mast and books of condolence opened for the community to share their feelings at this sad time.
"My thoughts are with Her Majesty’s family and all those who are deeply affected by her passing.“
