Health bosses are urging people to use the NHS app.
Credited with offering easier access to healthcare, it features new services and is easier navigation.
Dr Will Taylor, chief medical officer for NHS Herefordshire & Worcestershire, praises its usefulness, saying: "With the NHS App you can access a number of services - at a time that works for you.
"The app gives you the freedom to book appointments or arrange repeat prescriptions in your own time."
It is available to anyone aged 13 and over registered with an NHS GP surgery in England.
