A luxury catering business has made an "exciting" move to a new location in Stourport.

The team at Paisley Flour Catering, which was founded by owner Emma Passey in 2012 and is the caterer for the Severn Valley Railway, have been busy renovating a building at 106 Minster Road since relocating from Bewdley a couple of months ago.

The business caters for events from small corporate meetings to weddings and made the move after the lease finished at its previous site and the team needed a bigger space to grow the company.

Owner Emma Passey, aged 40, from Bewdley, said: "Our company is continuously growing and when we first drove past the site on Minster Road, we just knew that it would be amazing for us.

"The new building has a shop front to help customers get to know our brand a bit more and to let the community see us.

"We've only been in the building for a couple of months, but we're making great progress and have so many great plans. I'm just so excited. it's going to look amazing when it's finished."

Not only is the Stourport site set to become a new home for the business, which has catered for celebrities including Tom Jones and Paloma Faith, but the team have also installed an airstream called Annie outside the front.

The caravan acts as a pop-up kitchen where people can drive by and pick up breakfast from Thursday to Sunday from 9am until 2pm.

A big part of the menu is the new 'Paisley Patties' which have already been going down a treat with customers and put a spin on a breakfast bap.

Ms Passey said: "I started the business from my home kitchen so to see it grow like this has been amazing. The new building is a work in progress but it is predominately going to act as a classy and luxurious showroom for the business.

"We have plans to perhaps offer private hire for corporate events in the future and tasting sessions for our catering so customers can get a feel for the food before signing on the dotted line.

"But it is really early stages and we're just excited to keep looking at ideas and working together to make the new site a huge success. The team are amazing and have worked incredibly hard, especially through Covid, so their dedication means a lot to me."

The building is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
