Thieves raided a home for car keys during a burglary in Kidderminster this week.
West Mercia Police said the suspects broke into a property on Renfrew Gardens and searched the downstairs of the home.
The incident happened between 11.30pm on Sunday, March 10 and 6am on Monday, March 11.
The suspect or suspects were unsuccessful in finding the car keys but took a Mac PC from the property.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Car Key Burglary is a crime where an individual breaks into a home with the specific aim of removing car keys and stealing a car from that property.
"Perpetrators of this crime often ‘work to order’ and will target specific vehicles, based on demand and value.
"The most common methods used by thieves are to follow victims home or 'cruise' around residential areas looking for opportunities. If you think you are being followed or see any suspicious vehicles, take the registration number and report it to the police."
