A bus has been pictured getting towed away after causing traffic chaos in Bewdley earlier today.
Worcestershire County Council warned drivers to find an alternative route earlier this morning (Wednesday, March 20) after the bus broke down and blocked the road.
It happened within the one-way system at Bewdley Bridge stopping vehicles from being able to pass through it.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Worcestershire County Council said: "Broken-down bus within the one-way system at Bewdley Bridge. The road is blocked so use the bypass to access Bewdley Town by vehicle."
The one-way system has been put in place due to ongoing work to install permanent flood defences in the town.
It has already been causing traffic chaos over the past few months as work continues to protect homes in the area from flooding.
The road reportedly reopened at around 9am after the bus was moved.
