Here is a list of the latest cases heard at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court in the last week. 

JAMIE DAVIES, of Hoo Road, Kidderminster, pleaded guilty to harassment without violence on April 23. 

Davies was accused of sending 1000 messages to a woman, attempting to gain access to her home and removing the number plate from her car. 

He also pleaded guilty to sending offensive/indecent/obscene/menacing messages on a public communication network on April 22. 

He has been remanded on bail until his next hearing on May 20. 

MATTHEW MARTINDALE, of Lion Street, Kidderminster, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 on April 21 in Droitwich Spa. 

He was accused of defecating in a police cell to the value of £55 belonging to West Mercia Police. 

Martindale did not have to pay compensation as the court deemed it inappropriate. 

KERRI HOPKINS, of Bredon Avenue, Kidderminster, pleaded guilty to six counts of failing to comply with a community protection notice. 

She was accused of failing to comply by allowing noxious smells to emanate from her property causing harassment or alarm/distress to residents of Bredon Avenue. 

The case has been adjourned until the next hearing at the Magistrates' Court on May 20. 

JOSHUA PLANT, of Lion Street, Kidderminster, pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to police/court bail at the appointed time. 

He was accused of failing to surrender to custody at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court having been released on bail on January 22. 

Plant was also found guilty in his absence of two counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order. 

He was ordered to pay costs.
