One of the top scorers in Premier League history is backing a campaign calling for more living kidney donors after concerning poll results.
Former footballer Andy Cole has thrown his support behind the new campaign, 'Make Your Mark', which followed a poll which revealed that 14 per cent of adults in the West Midlands would consider such a donation.
Cole said: "It's important to raise more awareness of living kidney donation so that kidney patients and potential donors can have more open conversations about it and potentially save the lives of others like me in the future."
