MUSIC, performances and exhibitions will entertain revellers at this year’s Bewdley Festival Fringe.

The Octoberfest events will take place throughout October at the town’s museum, library and pubs.

There will be street entertainment outside the town’s Guildhall on Saturday, October 10 from 11am until 2pm, with music, a juggler, dance and theatre.

People can also enjoy brass rubbing and family events at Bewdley Museum, a decorating ceramic workshop at the Melting Pot, a dance workshop at St George’s Hall and a diesel gala at Severn Valley Railway (SVR).

An exhibition on modern Olympics will take place along Severnside South on Saturday and Sunday, 10 and 11, from 10am until 4pm.

Sunday, October 11' events also include an African mass at St Anne’s Church at 10.30am and a classic car and bike day at SVR.

There will be music at the Waggon and Horses, the Great Western and the Rising Sun. Morris dancers will entertain visitors at the Mug House Inn.

Revellers can head to the Cock and Magpie on Mondays, October 12,19 and 26, for pen mic nights.

Meanwhile, The Woodcolliers Arms will be holding quiz nights on Tuesdays, October 13, 20 and 27. There will also be a beer and hymns night at the pub on Sunday, October 18.

Traditional sea songs and shanties will be sung at the Mug House on Wednesday, October 14.

On the following day, Laura Broad will entertain music lovers at the Cock and Magpie and the Talbot Inn will be holding a rock night.

Music will also be played at the Royal Foresters pub.

There will be a big draw event at the Bishops Wood Centre on Saturday, October 17 and at Bewdley Museum on Saturday, October 24.

Meanwhile, The Little Packhorse Inn will be holding two special blues evenings on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 25.

Carrie Hayden will be performing in concert at Bewdley School and Sixth Form Centre, on Wednesday, October 21.

Art exhibitions will be held at Bewdley Library, the museum, Quay Gallery and Riverside Church.

Families can also learn together, with workshops on digital photography, family history, craft, Hallowe’en activities and creative writing.

Food lovers can head to a French market along Severnside South on Saturday, October 31, from 10am until 4pm.
