THESE are the first pictures of murder victim Betty Yates' cottage since the police cordon was lifted.
Today officers removed the outer cordon leading from Riverscroft about a mile up to Dowles Road.
The 77-year-old was found dead at the foot of the stairs on Wednesday, January 4. She had been beaten with her own walking stick and stabbed in the neck.
