No regard for pedestrians.
I HAVE attached this photo taken on July 17 in my home village of Chaddesley Corbett.
It shows how some motorists have absolutely no regard for others whatsoever.
The road in question can be quite busy, especially at this time of year with agricultural traffic.
Did the person who ‘parked’ this vehicle take into consideration wheelchair users, mothers with pushchairs or even elderly people who may be unsteady walking on the uneven grass? Obviously not.
