The NHS must be maintained at the point of use. Labour promises 20,000 more nurses and 8,000 more doctors.
It now takes longer for a patient to get an appointment to see a GP. There is a crisis in hospital A&E departments which often causes long waiting- times for patients.
The Tory Lib/Dem coalition government is responsible. They stand for privatisation of the NHS. I would vote to repeal the Health and Social Care Act. Mark Garnier, MP, refuses to support a repeal. UKIP leader Farage says we should go to a system of private health care and health insurance.
Iām supporting the NHS Union Staff Day of Action on Wednesday, February 25. What does the public think? Obviously, Mark Garnier, MP, will not!
