WITH regards to the latest newsletter from the Conservative party which claimed that they led a successful campaign collecting over 500 signatures to retain Bewdley fire station.
In fact the actual number of signatures from petitions in total to save our fire station was 702. Of these 156 was collected by the Conservative party and 540 from the Labour party in a successful campaign led by myself.
