A TRIAL against two men accused of forcing a Kidderminster man to work on their farm for no pay has got underway.
Darrell Simester, aged 42, had been missing since 2000 before he was discovered at Cariad Farm, Marshfield, near Newport in Wales, in June 2013 following a police raid.
Daniel Doran, 67, and David Dan Doran, 42, were subsequently arrested and charged.
They have pleaded not guilty to a charge of requiring Mr Simester to perform compulsory labour between 2010 and 2013.
The case is expected to last between four to six weeks.
