OVERSPOKE Bikes and Bewdley Outdoors are inviting residents to join in events for Bewdley Bike Week next week.
As part of the Big Bike Revival and National Bike Week, they are hosting a whole week of activities designed to encourage all to discover, enjoy and benefit from cycling in the local area.
Bewdley Bike Week takes place from Monday, May 25, to Saturday, May 30.
Main events of the week include a sportive marshalled ride on Bank Holiday Monday and Bewdley Bike Jam which will be a day packed with activities on Saturday, May 30, in Jubilee Gardens.
Activities with Severn Valley Railway, a family ride at the Frank Chapman Centre, evening road and mountain bike rides, demo bikes, film night and mountain bike coaching will also take place.

Hannah Escott, from Overspoke Bikes, said: “There is such a buzz surrounding planning our activities.
“We have been overwhelmed with local people sharing their ideas and wanting to get involved.
“I have been amazed at what great locations are opening their doors for us, we have some real treats in store. I cannot wait to welcome everyone.”
Keith Evans, from British Cycling, said: “The excitement around the Bewdley Bike Week is infectious.
“The half term week is a perfect time too, with lots to see and join. From the British Cycling registered sportive to bikeability, learn to ride training and plenty more besides – there is something in Bewdley for everyone.”
