A BIG-HEARTED Belbroughton woman is gearing up to throw open her garden for another bumper summer charity concert.
Gaye Hadley has organised the Musica13 event - which will be staged over two nights - Friday July 12 and Saturday July 13 - in a weather proof marquee in the grounds of Church Farm in Bradford Lane.
The bash will raise funds for Midlands Air Ambulance, Sunfield School in Clent and Belbroughton’s Animal Sanctuary and Protection.
Organiser Gaye Hadley said: “All of the monies raised from our first two concerts were donated to Sunfield School but we have decided to broaden the charities we support this time.”
Black Country favourite Bev Pegg and his rock‘n’roll band will be playing 1950s and 60s music on the first night.
The second evening will celebrate young musicians from across the area and will feature accomplished pianist Elliot Hinton, gospel choir Jubilate - from Jessons Primary School in Dudley, 11-year-old singing sensation Lucie Fletcher and a host of other Midlands peformers.
Car parking is free and people can bring their own picnics.
There will be raffles and a licensed bar on both nights.
Tickets, priced £10 each for Friday and £15 each for Saturday, are available on 07547 110187 or online at www.musica13.co.uk
